Raffle Promo Mechanics:

1. This promo runs from November 1 - December 15, 2025

2. This promo is open to all except the following: 

• • Employees of AOC Monitor Philippines, its Authorized Partners, Suppliers, and Agencies. 
  • Immediate family members of the above, including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity. 

3. With every purchase of participating AOC monitor models during the promo period, customers are eligible to win this amazing prize:

Giveaway: Get FREE AOC monitor (on selected models), AOC Masters Deskmat, or AOC Masters passport holder!

E-raffle: Get a chance to win a PHP 5,000.00 gift certificate and two (2) winners of AOC 24G4E monitor.

Note: This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. 

4.To officially join the promo, the customer must register by visiting https://www.aocmonitorspromo.com/.

Fill out the form with the following details: 

• • Full Name (must be the same as on the receipt)
  • Contact Number
  • E-mail address             
  • Residential Address
  • Store Name
  • Purchase Date (must be within the promo period)
  • Model Name
  • Quantity purchased (if more than one (1) unit)
  • Product Serial Number               
  • Upload all the required attachments: 

a) Proof of purchase (must be clear and readable)

b) Valid government-issued ID

c) Photo of the product serial number (found at the back or bottom of the monitor)

d) Photo of Company ID and authorization letter* (if applicable)

*If the purchase was made under a Company or Organization, the authorized representative must provide their company ID along with a company authorization letter signed and certified by the company's signatory. This letter should authorize them to join the raffle and claim the prize on behalf of the company or organization. 

This promo is valid for all participating AOC monitors purchased from any partner dealers. See ANNEX A. 

5. The customer will receive a confirmation email for the successful entry submitted.

6. AOC Monitor Philippines reserves the right to disapprove entries if the customer fails to meet the conditions or provides incomplete requirements.

7. Customers can register until December 15, 2025, 11:59 PM, and shall qualify for the promo.

8. AOC Monitor Philippines has the right not to disclose the winner if security reasons permit.

9. AOC Monitor Philippines reserves the right to suspend the release of prize if misrepresentation or fraud is proven.

10. Winners will be notified via phone call and registered mail for final verification and details of the prize redemption, and their names will be posted at the official AOC Facebook Page.

11. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

12. All giveaways will be dispatched within 15 days upon successful registration and validation. Customers will be contacted by one of the staff under AOC Monitor to confirm the delivery details.

13. To claim the prize, it must be claimed at the MMD office located at Unit 2606, Prestige Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City. From Monday to Friday at 10 am until 5 pm. If the winners reside outside Metro Manila, the prize will be delivered free of charge within 30 days of receiving the official notice via registered mail and/or email to the customer's registered address.

14. Upon claiming, the winner must present the email notification from AOC Monitor Philippines along with two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture).

15. If the winner is unable to claim personally, the authorized representative must present the following:

• • Signed authorization letter from the winner to claim the prize on their behalf.
  • Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture and signature) of the winner.
  • Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture) of the authorized representative.
•  16. If winners wish to transfer the prize to another recipient, regardless of relationship, they must first inform AOC Monitor Philippines via email marketing@mmdsg.com.ph.

  17. The new recipient must provide:     

• • Signed certification letter from the original prize winner stating the transfer of the prize.
  • Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture and signature) of the original winner.
  • Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture) of the new recipient.

18. AOC Monitor Philippines staff will contact the prize winners to confirm details.

19. By accepting the prize, the winners agrees to hold AOC Monitor Philippines and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage arising from their participation in the program or the acceptance and/or use of the prize.

20. AOC Monitor Philippines reserves the right to disclose and publish the name, photos, and other information of the winner in any mode or manner they deem appropriate.
