Raffle Promo Mechanics:

1. This promo runs from Aug 27, 2024 to Sept 27, 2024.

2. A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the travel date is required for participation.

3. If the winner does not have a valid passport, they have the option to transfer the prize to a family member or friend who meets the eligibility requirements and holds a valid passport.

4. This promo is open to all residents of the Philippines above 18 years of age except employees and family members of AOC Monitor Philippines, Authorized Partners, Suppliers, and Agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity. Foreigners must be residing in the Philippines for at least two years.

5. For every purchase of participating models of AOC Monitor, the customer is entitled to join the eRaffle promo and get a chance to win the following prizes:

6. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
7. To officially join the eRaffle promo, the customer must register by visiting
https://aocmonitorspromo.com/ and fill out the form with the following details:
          ● Full Name (must be the same on the receipt)
          ● Contact Number
          ● E-mail address
          ● Residential Address
          ● Store Name
          ● Purchase Date (must be within the promo period)
          ● Model Name
          ● Qty. purchased (if the customer purchased more than 2 units)
          ● Product Serial Number
          ● Upload all the required attachments:
               o Proof of purchase (must be clear and readable)
               o Valid government-issued ID
               o Photo of the product serial number (can be found at the back or the bottom of the actual monitor)
               o Photo of Company ID and authorization letter*

*If the purchase was made under a Company or Organization, the authorized representative must provide his/her company ID together with a company authorization letter signed and certified by the company's signatory. This letter should state and assign him/her to join the raffle and claim the prize on behalf of the company or organization.

8. The number of earned eRaffle entries may vary depending on the participating model unit purchased. The promo applies to the participating models. See ANNEX A.
9. This promo is valid for all participating models of AOC monitors purchased from AOC E-commerce flagship stores and authorized partners nationwide, as indicated in ANNEX B.
10. The customer will receive a confirmation email for the successful entry submitted.
11. AOC Monitor Philippines reserves the right to disapprove eRaffle entry if the customer is unable to meet the conditions, or has incomplete requirements, outlined in this promo's mechanics.
12. Customers can register until Sept 27, 2024, at 11:59 PM, and shall qualify for the draw.
13. The eRaffle draw will be held at MMD office located at Unit 2606, Prestige tower, Ortigas Pasig City. on Saturday, Sept 28, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
14. Name drawn will be subject to initial verification by AOC Monitor Philippines and will be announced after.
15. AOC Monitor Philippines has the right not to disclose the winners if security reasons permit.

16. AOC Monitor Philippines reserves the right to suspend the release of prizes or void any eRaffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.
17. Winners will be notified via phone call and email, for final verification and for the details of the prize redemption.
18. Prizes are transferable, and tax-free, but cannot be converted to cash.
19. The grand prize shall be claimed at the MMD office located at Unit 2606, Prestige Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City.

20. Upon claiming, the grand prize winner must present the email notification from AOC Monitor Philippines together with Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture)
          a. TGS ticket, airfare ticket, hotel, and breakfast will be handled by AOC; however, any other related expenses will be shouldered by the grand prize winner.
          b. If the grand prize winner is unable to claim personally, the authorized representative must present the following:
               i. Signed authorization letter from the grand prize winner to claim the prize for or on his/her behalf.
               ii. Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture and signature) of the grand prize winner.
               iii. Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture) of the authorized representative.

          c. If the grand prize winner would like to transfer the winning prize to a new recipient, regardless of the relationship, the original grand prize winner is responsible for informing AOC Monitor Philippines through email address marketing@mmdsg.com.ph and/or official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/agonbyaoc.phl, and the new recipient shall provide upon claiming these necessary documents:
               i. Signed certification letter from the original grand prize winner stating the transfer of the prize to the new recipient.
               ii. Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture and signature) of the original grand prize winner.
               iii. Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture) of the new recipient.
          d. If the grand prize winner resides outside the Greater Manila Area, local flights will NOT be covered by AOC Monitor Philippines.
          e. AOC Monitor Philippines staff will contact the grand prize winner to confirm details.

21. Winners should claim the prize within 5 days upon receipt of official notice from AOC. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited in favor of AOC Monitor Philippines.
22. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold AOC Monitor Philippines and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
23. AOC Monitor Philippines reserves the right to disclose and publish the names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner they deem appropriate.
