Raffle Promo Mechanics:

1. This promo runs from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
2. This promo is open to all residents of the Philippines above 18 years of age except employees and family members of AOC Monitor Philippines, Authorized Partners, Suppliers, and Agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
3.  With every purchase of select AOC monitor models, customers are invited to enter our exciting raffle promo for a chance to win one of the following incredible prizes:

Grand Prize: Enjoy a breathtaking trip for two to Boracay, featuring a 3-day, 2-night getaway. This prize includes round-trip airfare, accommodations, daily breakfast, airport transfers.

Second Prize: Experience the beauty of Bohol with a fantastic trip for two, also spanning 3 days and 2 nights. This prize covers round-trip airfare, comfortable accommodations, daily breakfast for two.

Consolation Prize:  Enjoy a relaxing overnight stay for two at Seda Hotel, which includes one night’s accommodation for two, breakfast and access to the hotel's amenities.

NOTE: If a name was drawn more than once, the winner shall get the prize of higher value. The management shall shoulder the 20% tax on prizes exceeding Php10,000.

1. To officially join the raffle promo, the customer must register by visiting https://www.aocmonitorspromo.com/PCWorxExclusiveAOCDreamDestinationRaffle and fill out the form with the following details:
   • Full Name (must be the same as on the receipt)
   • Contact Number
   • E-mail address
   • Residential Address
   • Store Name
   • Purchase Date (must be within the promo period)
   • Model Name
   • Quantity purchased (if more than 1 unit)
   • Product Serial Number
   • Upload all the required attachments:
     • Proof of purchase (must be clear and readable)
     • Valid government-issued ID
     • Photo of the product serial number (found at the back or bottom of the monitor)
     • Photo of Company ID and authorization letter* (if applicable)

*If the purchase was made under a Company or Organization, the authorized representative must provide their company ID along with a company authorization letter signed and certified by the company's signatory. This letter should authorize them to join the raffle and claim the prize on behalf of the company or organization.

Once the form is submitted, the data will be securely transmitted and stored in our database.

How the System Works:

1. User Registration: Participants fill out the online form with their personal and contact information.
2. Data Submission: Upon submission, data is encrypted during transmission to ensure confidentiality.
3. Data Storage: Collected data is stored in a secure, access-controlled database, visible only to authorized administrative personnel.

d)Data Anonymization: Where possible, data will be anonymized to further protect participant identities.

In conclusion, our raffle data collection system prioritizes user privacy and data security while enabling efficient participant management. By implementing robust security measures and access controls, we ensure that personal information is safeguarded against unauthorized access and breaches.

1. The number of earned raffle entries may vary depending on the participating model unit purchased. The promo applies to the participating models. See ANNEX A.
2. This promo is valid for all participating AOC monitors purchased from PCWorx branches only. See ANNEX B.
3. The customer will receive a confirmation email for the successful entry submitted.
4. AOC Monitor Philippines reserves the right to disapprove raffle entries if the customer fails to meet the conditions or provides incomplete requirements.
5. Customers can register until December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM, and shall qualify for the draw.
6. The raffle draw will be held at the MMD office located at Unit 2606, Prestige Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City, on January 6, 2025.
7. Names drawn will be subject to initial verification by AOC Monitor Philippines and will be announced after.
8. AOC Monitor Philippines has the right not to disclose the winners if security reasons permit.
9. AOC Monitor Philippines reserves the right to suspend the release of prizes or void any raffle entry if misrepresentation or fraud is proven.
10. Winners will be notified via phone call and registered mail for final verification and details of the prize redemption.
11. Prizes are transferable and tax-free but cannot be converted to cash.

17. All prizes shall be claimed at the MMD office located at Unit 2606, Prestige Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City. In case the winners are from the province, the management will provide the delivery process.

• Upon claiming, the winners must present the email notification from AOC Monitor Philippines along with two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture).
• If the winners are unable to claim personally, the authorized representative must present the following:
  • Signed authorization letter from the winners to claim the prize on their behalf.
  • Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture and signature) of the winners.
  • Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture) of the authorized representative.
• If the winners would like to transfer the prize to a new recipient, regardless of the relationship, the original winners is responsible for informing AOC Monitor Philippines via email marketing@mmdsg.com. 
•  The new recipient/s must provide:
  • Signed certification letter from the original prize winners stating the transfer of the prize.
  • Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture and signature) of the original winners.
  • Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture) of the new recipient/s.
• If the winners resides outside the Greater Manila Area, local flights will NOT be covered by AOC Monitor Philippines.

18. AOC Monitor Philippines staff will contact the grand prize winner to confirm details.
19. Winners should claim the prize within 60 days upon receipt of the official notice from AOC. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited in favor of AOC Monitor Philippines with prior DTI approval. The prize must be availed within 1 year from the date of claiming
20. By accepting the prize, the winners agrees to hold AOC Monitor Philippines and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage arising from their participation in the program or the acceptance and/or use of the prize.

1. AOC Monitor Philippines reserves the right to disclose and publish the names, photos, and other information of the winners in any mode or manner they deem appropriate.
