1. This promo runs from August 1- September 15, 2025.
2. This promo is open to all except the following:

• Employees of AOC Monitor Philippines, its Authorized Partners, Suppliers, and Agencies.
• Immediate family members of the above, including relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.

3. With every purchase of participating AOC monitor models during the promo period, customers are eligible to get this amazing gift:

Giveaway: Receive a FREE AOC monitor, AOC mousepad, or AOC Masters passport holder for every qualified purchase (via registration). 

Note: This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. 

4. To officially join the e-raffle promo, the customer must register by visiting https://www.aocmonitorspromo.com/ fill out the form with the following details:
   1. Full Name (must be the same as on the receipt)
   2. Contact Number  
   3. E-mail address      
   4. Residential Address
   5. Store Name 
   6. Purchase Date (must be within the promo period)
   7. Model Name
   8. Quantity purchased (if more than 1 unit)
   9. Product Serial Number     
   10. Upload all the required attachments:
       1. Proof of purchase (must be clear and readable)
       2. Valid government-issued ID

• Photo of the product serial number (found at the back or bottom of the monitor)

1. Photo of Company ID and authorization letter* (if applicable)

*If the purchase was made under a Company or Organization, the authorized representative must provide their company ID along with a company authorization letter signed and certified by the company's signatory. This letter should authorize them to join the raffle and claim the prize on behalf of the company or organization. 

5. This promo is valid for all participating PHILIPS monitors purchased from any partner dealers. See ANNEX A.
6. The customer will receive a confirmation email for the successful entry submitted. And will be notified via phone call and registered mail for final verification and details of the gift.
7. AOC Monitor Philippines reserves the right to disapprove entries if the customer fails to meet the conditions or provides incomplete requirements.
8. Customers can register until September 15, 2025, 11:59 PM, and shall qualify for the promo.
9. AOC Monitor Philippines reserves the right to suspend the release of prize if misrepresentation or fraud is proven.
10. The prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable.
11. All giveaways will be dispatched within 15 working days upon successful registration and validation. Customers will be contacted by one of the staff under AOC Monitor to confirm the delivery details.

• Upon claiming, the winner must present the email notification from AOC Monitor Philippines along with two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture).
• If the winner is unable to claim personally, the authorized representative must present the following:
• Signed authorization letter from the winner to claim the prize on their behalf.
• Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture and signature) of the winner.
• Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture) of the authorized representative.

12. If the winner would like to transfer the prize to a new recipient, regardless of the relationship, the original winner is responsible for informing AOC Monitor Philippines via email marketing@mmdsg.com.ph
13. The new recipient must provide:

• Signed certification letter from the original prize winner stating the transfer of the prize.
• Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture and signature) of the original winner.
• Two (2) original government-issued IDs (with picture) of the new recipient. 

14. By accepting the prize, the they agree to hold AOC Monitor Philippines and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage arising from their participation in the program or the acceptance and/or use of the prize.
